29 year old male looking for single or double rooms

My name is Mohammadreza a 29 year old phD male student from an elementary family. My nationality is Iranian and i live in Tehran which is the capital city of Iran. My field of study is Nanomaterials. I am going to be in Wien at September 2015 as sabbatical period for at least 6 months. The destination university is Vienna technical university (TUW). Firstly i am looking for a room with private toilet/bath and mini kitchen. I dont have pets so i wont live with some one who has one even a small cat. However if there is not such a possibility i prefer to live with some one who is at the same age as me and some one who is not African. I have never been in dormitory or shared flats however i think i am able to manage it easily. It is my first  time being in a foreign country for more than 1 month.
