19 year old english speaking female, seeking accommodation as close as possible to Wiener Neustadt university of applied science

I am extremely outgoing. I love meeting new people and learning about cultures. Personal space is important to me. I am looking for a furnished apartment with basic necessities such as a toilet, shower, stove and wifi. I wish for my roommates to be accepting. I am aware that racism exists but I hope they won't look at me as a black African girl, but instead as a new person looking for friends. I do not smoke and am hoping roommates do not too. If they do however, we must agree on certain places they can smoke so that my health isn't affected.
