24 year old male exchange student from Namibia, Africa, looking for accomodation in Wesel.

I am a black african from Namibia (very Hot place) and  it is my first time abroad and I am looking forward to traveling around Europe in my spare time. I will be doing internship with a company in Wesel for 6 months. I have recently enrolled for a biginners course in German. The university hosting my exchange program is Hochschule RheinMain in Wiesbaden. 

I would prefer a calm accomodation, maybe not very quiet as i would like to engage more with German speakers so that I improve my German. I am a non smoker or if i stay with someone they should smoke preferably outside apartment. Roommate should be male and like traveling and partying less often.
