In waterloo, there are a lot of bar and place to go for party. We can also go on swimming pool or playing sport like tennis, football, hockey ....
I recommend you to go in the bar "Oscar" because there are a lot of people who come from england. The staff is speaking english. Waterloo is a good place to do shopping and it is safety.

What is the student lifestyle like in Waterloo?

The lifestyle for student is very cool in waterloo because near the city centre, is there 5 schools. So many students go outside.

How much does it cost to live in Waterloo?

In waterloo, people have money. It is not expensive but people spend a lot of money because we want to have the "new" phone, of new car... Live is not expensive but you will spend money because there are attractive shops for example.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Waterloo? Is there any advice you can give?

There are place to live wich are available but be carefull because the price are not cheap. If you want a good place to live you will spend money.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

we are in belgium, so the favourite dishes are french fries, beer ... but we eat also italian food, american food...

What places would you recommend visiting in Waterloo?

it is important to visit the "butte du lion" because it is a symbol of Napoléon.

Is it good to eat out in Waterloo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

I like to go to the "amuser", it is specially for families and student because it is cheap. There is also the "Woo", a place with "pitta food". After it is more fast food and luxurious restaurant like "l'Opéra".

Is the nightlife good in Waterloo? Where is good to go?

if you are young you can go in the bar who call "touchdownsport".
if you like cosy pace you can go in "Bar de l'amusoir" of "Oscar"
if you want to do party and dance you can go in "Stamp" of "Knock Out".
