Hi! My name is Vitaliy and I'm going to do an Erasmus Program in Waterford Institute of Technology next year, 2022/2023, joinning as a fourth year student in Industrial Electronic Engineering from the University of Valencia.
I am looking for accommodation for the whole year, September (or August) to May (or June). I have seen that Riverwalk Appartments is the most common place student stay, but the feedback about it is awful; apathetic and disrespectful staff, rooms full with mold, defective appliances, landry services paid separatetly (10€ one use)...

+ Introverted human. The parties are definitely not of my interest, but I am willing to meet new people.
+ Maybe first of all a little reserved, but when I gain confidence I am receptived and kind.
