Student entrepreneur: Warsaw regional manager

Flatbook is looking for the best and brightest individuals to join us as Regional Managers in cities across the world.

Working part-time from March 2015 until June and with the option of working full-time from June to August/September 2015, our Regional Managers will be at the heart of Flatbook’s development within their city.

They will use their knowledge of marketing, communications and other business development skills to promote our subletting program and provide all of our clients with an incredible experience.

You will

- Go through our training process to help you become extremely effective before beginning operations in your city

- Build, motivate and manage a team of brand ambassadors to scale your efforts

- Build relationships with local clubs, student associations and other groups in your region to help accelerate Flatbook’s growth

- Deploy various marketing efforts

- Evaluate properties for the subletting program

- If you decide to work full time in the summer, you will manage the apartments and be the primary point of contact for guests staying in the properties

- Embody the Flatbook brand through stellar customer service, an infectious positive attitude, extreme dedication and a professional appearance that exceeds customer expectations

- Be our eyes and ears. Proactively help identify new business opportunities within your area.

- Help with various projects that may come up, such as: helping create guides, guest services, and translations (if the local language isn’t English).
