Service Desk Supporter (with Italian or German)

Currently I’m looking for somebody for the Service Desk Supporter  for our Client. The work place is Warsaw.

Basic task are:

• Support for our stores, headquarters and distribution centres (by Phone, Ticketing System and Mail)
• Support for our Customer Service Center (by Phone, Ticketing System and Mail)
• Support our stores in their periodical tasks (f.e. Stock tacking)
• Coordinate solution-oriented with different departments in between TALLY WEiJL
• Creation of Training documents or manuals
• Testing of system/application enhancements
• Collaboration/communication with external and internal partners
