You will face challenges such as:
- Day-to-day close cooperation with Team Leaders, Product Owners, and company board
- Conceptualizing, implementing and validating internal processes, teams, and tools
- Creating and presenting qualitative and quantitative business analyses
- Engaging in internal consulting projects crucial for the company
Requirements:
- Proactiveness and can-do attitude
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to fast learning
- Diligence in preparing materials
- Logical reasoning skills and superior analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in consulting or in innovation-implementing corporate team
- Familiarity with generic IT-company processes and technical knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Script or coding languages
