Marketing & Production Internship at a Unique Start-up Company

We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our marketing & production departments and help achieve ambitious goals.

We’re a young, dynamic American company with an office in Miasteczko Nowy Wilanów, Warsaw. We’re a brand selling organic and 100% natural beauty and health products around the world.

As an intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and production teams in all stages of production and marketing. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels and help with optimizing production process.

This internship will help you acquire marketing, production & sales skills and provide you with knowledge of various eCommerce strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and production.

Office Location:Warszawa, Miasteczko Nowy Wilanów

Time & Conditions:As soon as possible. 2 months internship period. We can sign school paperwork if needed.

Money:This is an unpaid internship with a opportunity for best interns to be hired (not guaranteed)

Language: We're a 100% english speaking office so please be comfortable to only communicate in english here (have couple of US-native team members who don't speak polish)

Work Schedule:4 days during the week, full hours (9-17) in our office in New Wilanów, Warsaw + ½ day on Saturday and ½ day on Sunday (work from either home or the office)

2. You have strong desire to learn along with professional drive.

3. You’re resourceful. You don't need hand holding at every turn

4. You haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills

5. You’re willing to devote parts of your weekends to help with tasks

What type of tasks you will be doing:

1. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

2. Responding to customers and helping with customer service

3. Performing market analysis and research on competition

4. Helping with mixing and creating organic cosmetics in our facility in Warsaw (physical work, part time)

5. Supporting the marketing & production teams in daily administrative tasks

6. Helping with running the company’s social media profiles

7. Contacting and creating relationships with international influencers (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram...)
