International Patients Care Coordinator.

Our care coordinators assist international patients and their families with an array of services – from meeting patient at the airport and setting up patient appointments to recommending entertainment options. We are searching for International Patients Care Coordinator to provide our foreign patients with an outstanding patient experience and support during the treatment and stay at our facilities.

Workplace: Warszawa

You will be responsible for:

• Coordination of all paperwork required before patients arrival
• Supporting patients during the admission process
• Assisting patients during all tests and procedures.

We expect:

• Fluent English
• Enthusiasm about helping people
• Ability to solve patient’s problems under time pressure
