Data entry

On behalf of Pontera SD Solutions is seeking a Data Operator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and operation of financial data in our system, collaborating closely with our global customer support team, and our other global Operations Team.

Your tasks will encompass data entry in various sources, basic and complex calculations, and priorities management. The work primarily involves handling numerical data.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and conducting financial data analysis.
• Identifying patterns and trends in the analyzed data.
• Managing essential daily tasks within the company's system.
• Inputting data from diverse sources.
• Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
• After 2 months, data operators are required to do evening shifts (13:00-22:00), once a week.
• After 5 months, data operators are required to participate in night shifts once in a month.

Requirements:

• Exceptional proficiency in English communication – a fundamental requirement.
• Outstanding team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with analytical thinking.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to act in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Committing to working hours including night and evening shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
• Prior experience in finance is a plus.
