Customer Service Manager
Customer service employee in the business services.

An industry leading law and invest company based in Warsaw is currently expanding its sales and customers success team.
Day to day:
► Pre-sales and sales support as well as aiding sales and solutions
► Onboarding including post sales
► On-call for clients
► Assist with documents preparation and processing
► Keeping client informed
► Relay information to legal team in order to keep effective communication at all times
► Work closely with other departments including legal and marketing
Skills & Experience Required:
► Experience working within a consultancy and service sales
► Extensive experience with clients relations
► Happy communicating with multinational clients either online or face to face
► Good level or spoken and written English
► Understanding of sales process and the ability to communicate this to business & non-business customers
► Happy mucking in with other tasks when required!
