About your daily working environment:

About your role in the company:

Customer satisfaction is your daily aim and personal achievement. You will be responsible for providing customer services to the big brands form retail and banking sector. Particularly, you will analyze and solve clients' problems, register the tickets in internal system, coordinate field services and develop the product data base.

Your experience and proactive personality:

Experience is not essential as you will participate in internal training programs, but more than welcome if you do have some. Hence, English in a level of B2 and French, C1, are a must to have. 
Despite these, you consider yourself as a team player in an international environment and you are doing your best to be productive and proactive under pressure.
