Business Development Specialist

We are looking for Business Development Specialist who will feed our sales team with the highest quality opportunities - you will be expected to help us build a "machine" which will be able to generate a high volume of leads every week - coming from a lot of experience, this is not an easy task! Our Business Development Specialists also have a couple of sales accounts that they deal with themselves so that they get intimate knowledge about the sales process they are part of.

Job requirements

Must-haves:

• Fluent English - both written and spoken (Polish not required)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good knowledge of marketing tools, trends, and novelties
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive approach to new projects and initiatives

Nice-to-haves:

• 1< experience in a B2B environment, most preferable in new technologies or financial services
• Strong ability to cooperate with technical teams
• Legitimate skills in organizing events
• Knowledge of Google tools
