I’m moving to Warsaw on 15 October 2025 and plan to stay 10–12 months.
Accommodation: Prefer to rent an apartment and share with one roommate; I’m also open to a room in a shared flat(private or shared).
Budget: Target ≤1500 PLN/person all-in; can stretch to 2000–2300 PLN/person only for a private room in safe, central areas (Ochota / central Wola / north Mokotów / Praga-Południe – Saska Kępa or Gocław) and if bills are included.
Location & commute: Within ≤30 min to Centrum. Close to metro/tram is ideal; bus stops nearby are also fine.
Flat expectations: Normal/functional is enough—just cover essentials.
Costs: Bills can be split equally or handled separately—I’m flexible.
About me: I do not smoke at home (rule for myself), I’m into sports and I work/study regularly. Calm on weeknights; sometimes a bit of fun is fine.
Roommate profile: Respectful, down-to-earth person; student preferred so we share a similar routine. Clean and considerate—not a party house.
Process: I’d like a video tour and photos of the place, and to review the rental contract (umowa najmu) draft before booking.
Languages: Turkish (native), English A2–B1.
