Looking for studio apartment (1bedroom) from September to July

Hi everyone!
I’m a Medicine and Surgery student from Cagliari, Italy. I will be an Erasmus student in Warsaw (WUM) from September to July (11 months).
I am looking for a studio flat (1bedroom apartment) for long-term rental (11 months). If possible, around the Pałac Kultury i Nauki zone, or in a location well connected with the city centre and WUM (Banacha and Lindleya campus mainly). I need to be at the hospitals basically everyday morning to evening so I need something really well connected.
Since my scholarship won’t be that much I am planning to spend max. 2000PLN TOTAL PRICE (including all bills). Prefer no agency ads/commissions.
I will probably be in Warsaw with a friend from the end of August to late September to help me with the moving in stuff.
