Looking for roomates close to university of Warsaw

We´re two girls from Spain, we´re moving to Warsaw in september to spend the whole year studing our erasmus there and we were thinking in renting a flat with other students better non spanish speakers. We´ll study in the university of Warsaw so we prefer a flat close to the center and the university. We have been looking for some flats in centrum, nowi swiat and powisle. The maximum price we can afford is around 1000 zlotys/250 euros, bills included. The flat we´re looking for should have single rooms and a extra living room for the spare time. We don´t care if is a guy or a girl we only care about a easy-going person, willing to spend a good time :) Hope to see you soon.
