Looking for accommodation in a apartment with girls

Looking for single room in a shared apartment where girls only stay. It should be in ursynów or in sluzew or close to vistula university. It should have all the utilities like internet, washing machine, heater, dish washer, gas, fridge, oven and so on. I am looking for flatmate which are girls and not boys and who are mature. The apartment should should not allow any pets and smoking should not be allowed to and boys should not be allowed. The neighbourhood should be good and it should be a safe place to live.
