Looking for a studio - 5 months rental

I'll rather rent a studio for one person only. I'll need a quiet space just for myself, as I´ll have some study to to. However I like to go out and meet with new friends.
So I'm looking for a fully furnished studio, around 25m2 would be great, with a bathroom, kitchennette (also equiped with the minimum essentials), washmachine.
The Śródmieście area seems to be the closest central area for me. Any other central area would be fine, once close to a metro station or bus station.
