Looking for a room in Warsaw

I am looking for a room in a flatshare until at least Februrary. I would like something close to the city center (max 30 min by walk) and to the Kozminski University (max 35 min by transport) where I will spend my next year. My maximum budget is 3000 PLN with bills.
I am organised and sociable without bad habits. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets. I would like a private room in a flatshare with erasmus students to meet people.
