Looking for a flatmate

Hi :) I want to rent a high standard 3 bedroom apartment for ±5000 zl. I'm looking for a flatmate who'll take the other bedroom and can share the costs 2500 zl per person. In the long run I hope to have the apartment to myself so it's acceptable if you want to move out after a few months. I don't have any pets. But I'll be getting a cat after a few months. I'm a nonsmoker and prefer that too. I'm tidy, clean & friendly.
