Looking for a flat from mid June

Hi, I am from Hungary and I am looking for a furnished apartment and/or a studio for two students from mid June, preferably with good transport links, therefore it shouldn't necessarily be located in the centre of Warsaw city.
We are nice, friendly, clean, don't smoke and we aren't party animals either.
We would like to live just the two of us at the rented place.
