Italian Erasmus student looking for a single room close in the city center

Hi! I’m an Erasmus student who’s attending the second year of the academy of Fine Arts in Bologna! I’m looking for a single room for 5 months from October to February. If be necessary can I start to pay from September. I’m wondering if is possible to know something about the Rental agreement before coming in Warsaw. I will begin the lessons in October.
