Fulbright research fellow and 15 year old daughter looking for apt in walking distance to Warsaw University

I'm a cultural historian studying impact of Cepelia Foundation on post WWII Polish folk arts--especially textile art.  My daughter will be enrolled in program for high school students at Warsaw University.  My research will be at Cepelia Foundation and Arts Academy Warsaw, in Old Town.  So we are looking for an apt--1bedroom--where we can live for six weeks in walking distance to these Warsaw U. and Arts Academy from July 15 to August 29.  Have to be able to prepare our own meals--so more than a microwave for a kitchen.
