Hi, I’m a graduate student at University of Warsaw (Quantitative Finance) and I’m looking for a flatmate to stay with me at least one semester. I found this flat and rent today. I move there on October 10. It is on Aleje Jerolimskie, 151, in Ochota, 2 rooms, 1 kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and a table. The bathroom is very clean. Very close to the bus stop. 2200zl per month. If i can find a flatmate the price will become 1100zl per person. Bills are 100zl for each person. I only allow clean and tidy people.
