Hello friends,  

Talking about self is hard, but I will do my best. My name is Butoto. I am from the Democratic Republic of Congo. I wish I could see the world when all the people-even the hard-to-reach ones-would actively and sustainably participate in the economy. Thereby, I am spending my life in learning from the poorest who they manage their income and become sustainable entrepreneurs. I had a great privilege to MIT – Mentor, Inspire and Train – some of poorest in the remotest war-affected regions of my country. I benefited from their generosity and legendary hospitality and learned lessons which transform my entire life. Being a servant of these people help me to realize how much to “give free what you freely received” is not only a say but a life to live and to enjoy. I wanted to learn again and share the lessons I learned so far again, that is why I will step in the MA of Economy and Society at the Graduate School for Social Research – Warsaw. 

I am an achiever who loves to laugh. Yes, I laugh a lot! For me friendship matters and maybe, this is one of the reasons, I send a lot of time creating the lifelong relationship. What will be the world without God? Think about that. I treat others the way I want to be treated, it’s called Compassion. Work is a call and it rewards, I honor and value hard-workers. Every day there is something new to learn so why not to learn every day too? I love to read and learn from real life experience. In short, that is me. Maybe it was not clear enough, sorry! I still learn English because in where I come from we only have French as the official language, but I do also speak Swahili.
