Apartment for rent in Warsaw

We are two guys looking for an apartment in Warsaw not that far away from University of Warsaw max 20 minutes away by bus. We also would preffer to have two seperated rooms. It doesn't have to be two bedrooms but 1 bedroom and 1 living room comfortable to sleep in. The apartments needs to be furnished and also to have at least a TV and a clothing washing machine and a kitchen with the neccessary appliances, The renting period will be from 1st of October until end of July.
