An Indian citizen looking for accommodation in Warsaw, Poland for rent

I am coming to Poland in the month of September 2020. I will be learning Polish language initially, post which i will be joining as a student in Warsaw University of Technology for the Masters course. I am looking to rent a student accommodation in the city center preferably with others who are also students. The maximum rent I can pay inclusive of all bills is 1000 zloty net amount per month. The location of the accommodation should be such that it should be close to both the city center and Warsaw Univesity of Technology main building and preferably near the faculty of Electronics and information Technology in politechnika warszawska. Can anybody suggest a good accommodation to me? The accommodation should be well furnished. It should have ready facilities for hot water for bathing, washing clothes, kitchen, drying clothes and more importantly, preferably a balcony to relax at the time of stress.

Can anybody suggest a suitable accommodation for me?

Please note that as I will be studying on scholarship amount from the government of Poland, which is limited to 1700 zloty per month, even after considering that I have 700 zlotys per month left with me for food, transportation,stationery and recreation after payig the rent, I will have added expenditure of around 46,8 zlotys per month for health insurance. So, I have to mangage my finances within the remaining 700 zloyts every month after deducting the rent inclusive of bills. Can anyone suggest me a suitable accommodation to live with the max rent of 1000 zlotys per month inclusive of bills which is near to all major buildings like shopping malls, universities, bus and metro stations and things as such?
