38 year old man looking for accomodation in Warsaw

Hi there. I am Vikram , an Indian coming to Warsaw to pursue my classes in Beauty art and hairdressing course. I have been freelancing as a makeup and hairstylist for quiet sometime now. I am a very friendly and accomodating person. i like to keep myself busy , with my music and cooking when i'm not working and studying. Love going out for a drink or two , meeting people from all walks of life and different countries. i am clean and neat and like to keep my surroundings the same. I do smoke but always respect the non smokers space. 

I am looking for an accomodation not too far from my school, preferably, if i can afford that. The address is -
