28 yr Irish guy lookign for flatmate + flat

Hi my name is Billy. I am 28 years old and from Ireland studying International Relations in University of Warsaw.
I am sporty, and sociable. and hard workig. But I also enjoy going out sometimes. I am looking for a nice roomate from September to January at least, but possibly from January- June 2016 too.
If you feel you can respect the other persons private space and are sociable and easy going Id like to share.
I smoke but I would smoke outside if preferred. I play football, and all sports and will probably be teaching english so will be working partime too.
The one thing I would like for sharing a place is that the other person can be quiet and respect the other person when they need to study in peace.
I will probably go out on a weekend night and maybe midweek occasionally.
Hope to hear form anyone who thinks this sounds okay.
