25 years with my sister looking for accommodation in Warsaw

In fall year, I'll be an a student at University of Warsaw.
I'm looking for a apartment . I'll be there from 22th September to the end of June . It should be at safe place, close to the university or max 15-20 minute by bus, subway, train etc. All I need is a bed, a couch, a desk and a wardrobe in the room; and internet of course.
I'm 25 years old and a. I'm usually a silence, non-smoker and compatible person. Also I'm really neat and tidy. I am interest to photography.

i'm looking for apartment with 3 rooms at least 55 m2 ( 2 bedrooms 1 living room ) close to the city center near to the pubilc transport . with modern building built at least 2005 with a good furinshed . the price include all the bills
