25 year old boy looking for accomodation in Warsaw

Hi, I am a 25 exchange student from Italy.
I am going to study economy in Warsaw from september until february. I'm looking for a flatmate (or more) to search an apartment in Warsaw. I prefer the Mokotow area, but could be ok also in other district. However the apartment should be close to a metro station and fully furnished. The maximum price is about 360€/month (with bills and internet included).
I don't mind if my flatmate is a boy or girl. I'm very clean and tidy. I'm also sporty, responsible, don't smoke, like go out and discover new cities and places
