24 year old teacher looking for roommates

I am a nice 24-year-old teacher who is looking for a place for next year (August 2018- August 2019).
I want a place with someone an apartment for two people. I'll be in Poland in July and want to look at a place before I sign the lease.
I want to ONLY live with females no males, please!!!! I would like a place under 1,000 PL a month and utilities included. A place with a kitchen and a washing machine would be lovely.
I don't mind if the place is a little older but I would like my own room.
