24 year old couple, non-smoking, no pet, looking for accomodation in Warsaw

We are a chilled couple, from Hungary. We don't smoke, we don't have a pet, we would like to have our own space. We are staying in Warsaw as Erasmus students for one semester, both of us are in the teacher training programme.
We are looking for an apartment that is close to the University of Warsaw, we don't need much space, one room is enough! It would be great to have a place to park the car.
