19yo girl looking for accommodation in Warsaw

Hello!! My name's Nikola and I'm looking for a place to stay during my first year of uni :) Here's a list of things I'm looking for mostly:

— Kind female flatmate(s) (one or two) speaking english and/or polish with whom i could maybe be friends with!! 

— a bedroom for myself only 

— flat near the Arkadia mall/AEH, but something further away is also fine :) 

I would like if the person I'm staying with is also a student and doesn't smoke. I don't mind your pets (i can't take my dog so it's no pets from me </3) if they won't make mess in the sharing areas ofc. Anything else I think we can talk out! 

Also if you're going to AEH and see this post but don't meet my expectations but are looking for a friend you can still hit me up!! I would love to get to know someone even if flatsharing isn't gonna work :)
