I need some help. Could you please tell me where is the agreement of this university: WSZECHNICA POLSKA HIGHER SCHOOL OF EDUCATION SOCIETY IN WARSAW

Neuza. By Agreement do you mean LOCATION of the School?????

Exactly here http://erasmus.wszechnicapolska.edu.pl/pliki_do_pobrania/sms/learning_agreement.doc Don't know that you should use this version or version from your's university.
