Hello. I propose two rooms in shared flat. I am French, sporty, kind, calm and very sociable. I'm looking for roommates (2) girl or boy, serious, friendly and non-smokers (at least in the apartment). Big party-goers and noisy people abstain because the apartment is very clean and is located in a quiet and not exclusively student co-property. The rent is 300 euros all inclusive (cold and hot water, heating and Internet). UEM students would be welcome.
