Design Student Seeks Special Place

I am a Creative Design student originally from Ireland but I have lived in London and America for long periods of time..

Im clean, well mannered, dont drink very much.....love music, going dancing..eating good food. I..

I would like to find somewhere quite, as i will have a visitor for one month out of the 5 I will be there.

I am very handy man, maybe cheaper rent for doing some jobs around the house, like painting and fixing things.
