Room to Rent for English Native Speaker / Babysitter

We (family 35, 40, 3 year old girl) are renting a room in our brand new apartment to a responsible, non-smoking, English-native-speaking female person. The room of approx. 12m2is fully furnished; you have your own private bathroom with a shower which is just a step from your room. You have free WiFi, hot water, use of the wonderful modern kitchen, TV... and obviously nice hosts. Occasional use of the washing machine is included in the rent.

Renting agreement also includes some regular babysitting which you will need to do as part of the payment. We are a really nice international couple and are happy to share our hospitality with you and help you with whatever you need.

The rent is 250 Euro per month, including all services. We request 2 months of security deposit. As additional "payment in kind" we are requesting you also to babysit our 3 year old daughter approx. 10 hours per week (MO-FR from 4:00 to 6:00 pm), which includes some English conversation and playing with her.
