looking accommodation for research

i am looking for signle room prefereably however, shared room is also acceptable but with amount of 270-300 euro. i need this acccommodation on urgent base especially near to university of vienna. it is more convient to have accommodation with citizens of austria, germany. i am non somker and person of good behaviour. i am slim and smart, grntle, cooprative and helping.
