Dear future roommate or owner,

I am delighted to write to you today as I am preparing for an incredible Erasmus study experience in Vienna, Austria. My name is Camélia, I am 21 years old, and I am going to be a student at the FH University of Wien DKR. I am looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation near my university, so that my stay in Vienna is as pleasant as possible.

I am lucky to have a car, which allows me to be quite flexible in terms of choice of accommodation, but I am looking above all for an apartment that meets my needs. I would very much appreciate it if the apartment was equipped with a dishwasher, and a washing machine to make my daily life easier and allow me to concentrate on my studies.

As for the type of accommodation, a student residence would not bother me at all. In fact, I think this could be a great opportunity to meet local and international students, while sharing unforgettable experiences. In addition, a parking option would be ideal to park my car safely.

One last important point, I have a lovely one-year-old dachshund. I could not do without him, so it is important that the apartment or residence accepts pets.
