My name is Farzad, I am going to study in the university of Vienna, (from 1 sept. 2018).

I need accomodation with a 12-month official contract (one year) for visa purposes, I don't care about the gender of the roomate, or if pets are there, or if you smoke or not, I just need accomodation and wifi.

Please advise and help with renting a residence.
