25 y/o male looking for accommodation in or south of Vienna

I'm an American coming to Austria in September as a part of a US teaching assistant program and am looking for accommodations either in Vienna or somewhere south of the city, as that is the direciton in which I will be working. I'm seeking out a roommate(s) who is both cleanly and communicative, and if they smoke, they do well to keep it outside. I myself am fairly clean and do well to say what's on my mind. I enjoy all things from school to sports and art, but my passions are in making music and creative writing. I'd prefer to have a private room, but I'm open to other options too. No offense to other Americans, but I'd also prefer to live with someone who speaks German.

Due to the nature of my position, I am seeking a living situation before the 1st of May, even though I won't be moving in until September. My budget is roughly 500 euros a month, but I'd like to aim lower, naturally. I intend to find more work in addition to the program I am participating in and connect with local musicians and artists, so to form a support network while I am overseas. There is a likelihood that I will be staying a year longer than I've already intended, but that is a bridge I plan to cross when I get there. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions for me!
