25 years old PhD student (female) looking for accomodation in Vienna

I am a Master's student in Turkey. I will be moving into Vienna in August 30 to start studying as a PhD student. Hence, I am looking for a place to stay, preferrably a flat I will be sharing with a roommate. The flat should be close U1 metro line connecting my lab and the Vetmed campus. It would be better if my housemate is female. She could have pets except cats and dogs. She should be greater than 20 years old, and not much partying. I am not a smoker, but she could smoke. It won't be a problem for me.
