25 years old Chinese boy is looking for accommodation in Vienna from mid January to July, 2014

I am a second grade postgraduate from Sichuan University, Chnegdu, China. I will serve as intern in United Nations Industrial Organization (UNIDO) in Vienna for 6 months (13 Jan, 2014 to 11 Jul, 2014) more or less.
Now searching for accommodation in a hurry. Apartment, dorm, or shared room is fine for me. I am a pretty easy-going man.
Hope the location is not too far from the bus/subway station. I need to take U1 everyday to Vienna International Centre to work.
Since my internship is unpaid, I can not afford any luxury or high-end accommodation. Maximum €400 for a single room and maximum €300 for shared room.No special requirements for roommate.
Accommodation covered all 6 months is more welcome. Short term accommodations from 13 Jan, 2014 to early March, 2014 are welcome too.
