Hello, My name is Emilio, I’m from Spain,Andalucía,Jaén, but nowadays I study in Granada.  I’m looking for a flat to  share or a room. I’m going to study Klavier at Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien for the next academic year. I will arrive in Wien on 28th September,and I’ll stay there until 30th June.

I’m 23 years. I'm a polite, tidy and responsable guy. I have experience in living with other persons sharing a flat. I usually study piano everyday, I will play at the University.

On the other hand, I'm very sociable person, and I love cooking or go to parties with my friends.

I’d like to know all the details like price, if heating is within it, if there is  washingmachine, etc.
