23 year old guy looking for accommodation in Vienna for Summer semester.

I'm relaxed and easy going guy, looking to meet new people, experience new things and learn a new language. I am clean and tidy person. I speak my mind, but don't like to get into silly arguments. 

I am looking for a room for my stay in Vienna. I would definately like to have my own room but dont mind sharing bathroom and kitchen. Since i want to get most out of my stay abroad and make lots of friends i'd like student apartment to have some sort of common area like a club where different things happen. For example movie nights, parties and so on. If its close to university of Vienna, that would also be great.

I'd expect roomies to clean their dishes and to be reasonably tidy. Of course i'd like to be friends with roomates.
