21y old student, looking for accomodation in center of Vienna

- Minumum stay: 6 months
I am 21 year old student. I will become the student at SAE Institute, and I am looking for a place to live near this Uni. Best would be if SAE Institute would be max 20-30 min walk from your place.
I will be going home to Bratislava most weekends. Also, I like to keep my things clean, I dont do mess and noise :)
P.S. I don not speak very well german yet.
