21 year student looking for accommodation in Vienna

I am an exchange student from Scotland. I am a non smoker, esy to communicate with, clean and polite. I am fluent in 4 languages and cannot wait to add German to my collection. I am social and humorous (or at least i think so), looking for german native speakers to share a flat with, close to the Universitaet Wien, so that I am in a German speaking environament 24/7. I am looking for a mixed apartment (gernder), with neat and clean people, that are passionate about what they do, whatever it is, preferably students or up to the age of 25 years, who are easy to communicate with and can be easily approached.
