I already have a room in a big house and I am looking for someone to share the costs. It is an old beautiful house in the 22.district of Vienna with a big garden. It is next to the Lobau. Next subway station is is u2 Aspernstrasse. You will get 2 rooms, and you can use kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom, living room and the big garden as well. Only thing is, you have to be careful with the place, it is my grandfathers house and I love it. The cost is 370 Euro plus operating costs, which will be around 200 per month, so 570 all together.
